Looks like pretty smooth sailing, right?

Behind the scenes, the picture was quite different. 

I pivoted my career multiple times, constantly seeking out the things that brought me joy. It was terrifying each time. I hustled and worked my a** off to get a seat at the table, learning how to wield my voice as a woman who’s 5’2” and 97 pounds.

All this to say that my path was not as easy as I made it look on social media. 

Over a decade into my career, I realized that I wouldn’t have made it to where I am today without tons of support -- from colleagues, mentors, my therapist, and of course, excellent coaches. 

I’m grateful to be in a position where I can choose my work and the people with whom I work. After going through a coaching certification program, I decided I wanted to help make the journey a bit smoother for others. However, I don’t want to waste my time, or yours, so, I only coach individuals in areas where I have expertise —
